Researchers from the Universidad de León (ULE) presented BioBIVE at FEMS 2025 Congress. The event was organised by FEMS (Federation of European Microbiological Societies), one of the world’s leading organisations dedicated to promoting microbiological research and collaboration across Europe and beyond.
As the flagship biennial meeting of the international microbiology community, FEMS Micro 2025 provided a major forum for discussing the latest advances in microbial science, biotechnology, health, environmental microbiology and industrial applications. During the congress, the ULE team showcased the BioBIVE project and its work on sustainable agricultural solutions based on microbial biotechnology and innovative biodegradable delivery systems, strengthening the project’s visibility within the global microbiology research community.
