BioBIVE participated in the 17th Genetics and Biotechnology Conference & 7th Iberian Genetics and Biotechnology Conference, held jointly in “Universidad de Tras-los-Montes y Alto Duero” in Vila Real (Portugal) from 11th to 13th and “Universidad de León” in León (Spain) from 14th to 15th. Bringing together senior scientists alongside undergraduate, master’s and doctoral students, the conference provides an inspiring environment where established expertise meets the next generation of researchers through oral presentations, flash talks and poster sessions.
By taking part in events such as this, the consortium seeks to encourage early-career researchers, promote scientific exchange across the Iberian research community, and inspire future innovators to tackle the challenges facing agriculture and biotechnology. Investing in young talent today is essential to building the sustainable scientific solutions of tomorrow, and BioBIVE is proud to contribute to that mission.
