Once again, BioBIVE was represented at FOOD4FUTURE – Expo FoodTech, organised by Nebext und AZTI. As one of Europe’s leading events on innovation and technology for the food industry, the exhibition brings together companies, researchers, technology providers and policymakers to showcase the latest advances in digitalisation, automation, artificial intelligence, sustainable packaging and innovative food production systems.
During the 2026 edition, our partners from EIT Lebensmittel presented the BioBIVE project and its contribution to more sustainable agricultural and food value chains. The presentation highlighted the development of biodegradable controlled-release platforms, bio-based materials and environmentally friendly crop protection strategies designed to support the transition towards a more resilient and sustainable agri-food sector.
