BioBIVE returns to Expociencia, the landmark science event it is held in León, (Spain). It is a scientific outreach event to foster research and entrepreneurial vocations and to disseminate the excellent work carried out by the University’s research groups.
The seventh edition of Expociencia opened this Tuesday March 3rd 2026, as a meeting ground between the present and the future of knowledge. Over the next three days, the event will feature more than 50 workshops and gather over 650 researchers.
At Expociencia we present BioBIVE, explain its objectives and results, and engage directly with citizens and key stakeholders. This increases the project’s visibility, strengthens stakeholder engagement and opens doors to future collaborations. Team members participate because communication, dissemination and outreach are part of the BioBIVE work plan and are essential to demonstrate its social, economic and environmental impact
