At BioBIVE, we strongly support the visibility and recognition of women in science. For this reason, researchers from the Universidad de León, involved in the project, together with master’s and undergraduate students participating in BioBIVE, took part in the XI Jornadas de Investigadoras de Castilla y León, presenting their research and contributions within the framework of the project.
During the event, Dr. Ana Ibáñez presented the overall relevance and objectives of BioBIVE, highlighting the project’s multidisciplinary approach and its contribution to sustainable agricultural innovation. In addition, Ms. Olga Galán y Ms. Ainara Diez presented the results of theirundergraduate research projects, developed within the BioBIVE project.
The participation of researchers and students in these jornadas reflects BioBIVE’s commitment not only to scientific excellence, but also to supporting the next generation of women scientists and promoting greater gender equality in research and innovation..
